Tim is the Operations Director overseeing the Design and Manufacturing departments. Ably supported by Design Managers and Production Managers all of who have a wealth of experience using the latest CAD/CAM software linked to an ERP system. This creates a process flow that tracks our progress from conception to completion driven via a continuous improvement agenda focused on quality, programme and added value though carefully considered design. “The journey of every project and the relationships created in that experience is the bedrock of repeat business and enhanced reputations”.
